Powers||
Flight -- He makes use of two pairs of golden wings, the feathers of which glimmer brilliantly in the light, to fly. Having four instead of two wings help him fly (slightly) faster than a normal angel, not considering his Lightspeed into the mix.
Lightspeed -- He is able to move much faster than any regular being and can, in fact, reach the speed of light, but this involves pushing himself to his limits and overexerting himself.
Conditional Necromancy -- Able to raise the bodies of the dead and manipulate them by his will, Cupid uses the dead as his own personal army. Provided that he knows exactly what they will do in any situation and such(requires some planning), he is even able to control them while unconscious or asleep. However, there's a catch: for him to control a corpse, its soul must have felt or experienced love some time in its life. The stronger the person's love in life, the better Cupid is able to control the body: that is Cupid's Condition.
Cupid is able to raise a maximum of 7 bodies at a time, including Mikael's. The more he raises, the less accurate their movements will become.
Pain Shift -- If he or another person is injured or physically hurt in any way, he can transfer the damage to someone else. However, this has it's limits: first of all, it cannot be used on the corpses that he brings to life, because the dead feel no pain; secondly, he must have physical contact with the person he intends to shift the pain to or from, and in the exact place of affliction.
For example, if Cupid breaks his wrist he must touch another person's wrist in order to transfer the bone break to that person. If another person shatters his knee cap, Cupid must touch that person's knee cap in order to transfer the injury to himself.
Also, this power won't work through cloth or other materials. He must have a clear view of the injury.

Personality||
Serious -- Cupid is a tough little cookie, stoical and even composed in the toughest of situations. He has a no-nonsense attitude that he tries his best to apply to his work and his life. He is semi-conscious of his child-like appearance and, only fools, he thinks, will judge him by it.
Easily angered -- However, it should be noted that Cupid is easily angered should you rub him the wrong way. With even the slightest push of the wrong button, Cupid can explode with rage. He will be unable to calm himself until whatever vexes him has been removed.
Usually Patient -- Cupid is a patient, graceful, and tolerant teacher who will accept mistakes as long as you learn from them and do not repeat them with the same gusto as when you made it.
Insecure/Dependent -- Cupid requires some sort of figure to look up to; difficult when you've risen to the top of the ladder. Seeing it as his being faced with no other choice, Cupid raised his mentor and loved one, Mikael, from the dead and pretends he's still alive. He easily accepts accusations and claims of the people who try to pull him away from this path, but his eyes do not shine as they do so, and he agrees with them, expression betraying that his words were said with less than half-heartedness.

History||
Once upon a time, Cupid was a messenger of sorts. He was not much more than a simple Knight of Love. He grew up in Heaven in a time of peace, when humans, demons, and angels somehow managed to eke out a balancing coexistence. For a long time, Cupid was under the care of Mikael the First, who treated him like a son. Cupid, ever a child, looked up to Mikael as an idol and father figure. And, always standing beside Mikael, there was Vinson, Mikael's best friend like a right-hand man. Like he did to Mikael, Cupid admired Vinson, who cared for him just the same as Mikael, though he wasn't quite so open about it.
And then, one fateful day, as the beginning of the Second Apocalypse began to dawn on the horizon, there was a call for peace throughout the ranks. God had not yet decided they would fight it out, so the angels were willing to give up bloodshed in exchange for harmony. So Mikael, as the High Lord and Leader of Heaven, went to meet Lucifer I. He did not return.
This was a declaration of war. One that Heaven could not ignore.
Cupid took Mikael's crown; Vinson fell from Heaven to murder Lucifer I; and so the battles began.

Trivia||
Unable to go on without Mikael the First, Cupid animated his body and treats Mikael as though he were alive. Most of the time, Mikael's body sits in a glass case, preserved by magic, in a special room Cupid made out for it. Every other time, Cupid brings Mikael's body out on excursions, such as to view the progress of the war and 'get his advice'. Lucifer is notably shaken by Mikael's presence...
He nurses Lucifer's Angelic Name like a secret weapon, though in his heart he can't bear to use it consciously. But, one of these days.... Cupid seeks to kill Lucifer not only to win the war, but for personal reasons, such as Lucifer's Descent from Heaven which Cupid saw as an utter betrayal to God and Mikael I.
He has a bow, but it cannot damage; only affect. Anyone whom is shot by Cupid's Arrow will fall in love. He misses sometimes; humans get all their tragic love stories from this.
Cupid is often depicted as a young child. Coincidentally, Cupid does not age, and has not changed in appearance since he reached 500 years old.
Cupid is the Knight of Love and Desire. When he took on the title of Mikael, he also became the advent of humility to God.
The red ribbon around his neck has a small metal plate underneath it. It says "If found, please return to Mikael". It's a small momento from his deceased mentor.
When he was a child, Lucifer the First gave him strawberry sweets whenever he saw him. This was the beginning of Cupid's love for strawberry sweets.
His halo subtly changes colour according to his mood. If he's angry, it'll turn pink and start flaming.


The jewels on his bow all mean something:
